About William N. Seibel Jr.
I received my B.A. from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1971 and my J.D degree in 1974 and went on to become Vice Chairman of the Criminal Law Committee of the Missouri Bar Association 1977-1978. Beginning in 1980 I became a certified specialist instructor in criminal law enforcement followed by becoming chairman of the St. Charles County Board of Equalization from 1981-1983. I was an assistant prosecuting attorney for St. Charles County for 9 years. Having practiced as a special prosecuting attorney for St. Charles County and the City of St. Peters in 1987, 1988 and 1994, I was a special prosecuting attorney for the city of O'Fallon in 2005.
My Philosophy
I always put my clients first. My rates are reasonable and I have 50 years of experience to put at your disposal. I believe in good communication between a lawyer and his client; being honest at all times. I therefore believe that a client should be kept up to date and informed of the progress of his/her case at all times. I answer all of my client’s phone calls and I believe there is no such thing as a dumb question. There is no charge for initial consultation.
